We keep an eye on our qualities:
Both our quality and environmental management system have been certified on the standard basis DIN EN 9001 (Nov. 2015) and DIN EN 14001 (Nov.2015). We face the challenge to guarantee highest qua- lities for our products and services. All raw materials and external products are checked for quality and suitability. Our own products are tested on a random basis during the production processes, final lea- king and material tests are performed.
Our products meet several requirements, such as DVGW, SVGW, KTW, noise class tests (PA-Nr.), ACS and are also com- plying with binding DIN standards in respect to dimensions or noise behaviour.
With regard to the brass alloy puteus valves, fittings and the seals we use are in full compliance with the amended require- ments of the drinking water ordinance. Long before the refe- rence date in April 2017 we made sure that the regulations of the valuation basis of the Federal Environmental Agency (UBA) were implemented. These regulations apply to metallic mate- rials which may get in contact with drinking water. They also include the list of materials that are in accordance with the drinking water hygiene (known as the “UBA Positive List”). On the basis of these standards our quality management has also been certified for the process to comply with the nickel values for valves, fittings and other components in
drinking water under the terms of the drinking water regulations and recommendations of the
